I feel for you. Having consumer protection laws are a good thing. (NOT A FAN OF MANY LAWS, PERIOD.)
After reading about A/C problems in other threads I use mine every day at least for a while just to keep it fresh. I hope yours is up and running the first day you are sweating.

Did you see and drive the car before signing the paperwork? I would not have signed anything until the car was 100% right. My last Mustang had a small crack on the windshield and I refused to take delivery until it was replaced with an OEM glass.

I'd be burning up Ford's complaint line. Good luck OP.

Drove it on deliver but it was 7 degree celcius, 45F, so of course it was blowing cold air. lol

i got cold air now but still want to discuss this with ford
