So my AC was nice and cold till the other day I noticed it was warm and the AC compressor was not spinning. I checked the AC fuse and the relay and they both checked out. I hooked up my gauges and the low and high side were both equal at 109 psi at around 80 degrees outside so the compressor should have plenty of pressure to turn on I would think as there is refrigerant in the system. The clutch is not seized up either as I can spin it by hand. Im thinking the compressor is probably shot or something but anyone have a idea on what it could be?

Low side is usually 30 to 40, not 100+. If they are equal then something is amiss.

Not if the compressor is not running. Both sides will equalize.

Op, the quickest way to isolate the compressor is to pull the electrical connector and see if the system is commanding it on. Meaning you should have 12v at the connector when the clutch should be on. Other things to check are the high and low pressure switches
Either can keep the compressor from being allowed to run.

What's the best way to check the function of the low/high switches?

An Ohm meter or continuity tester. You'll need to find out if the switches are normally open or normally closed. I think most are normally open, but don't bank on that. Verify first.
