@Jstang23 i already asked for a copy of the PDI and they cannot produce it but they did say it was done. I live in Ontario, Canada and we have OMVIC which is useless but at least they will call the dealership and ask for my PDI money back plus compensation. I also contacted Ford complaint...

I get that, i work in that department and some parts are 1+year, mostly computer chips. But we are not allowed to us it as an excuse anymore. Plus the mustang has been using the same (roughly) parts for 6+ years so there should be parts out there.

Picked up my new grabbe blue mustang GT this afternoon. 10 mins in the ride and the AC let go and blows hot air. please tell me i didnt get a lemon and i just got a bad dealership.
