I'm talking performance wise. It's not faster than a 1SS and I'm sure it's a better track performer if one really wants that option. Throw on bigger brakes, better tires on a 1SS and it'll be right behind it.Camaro SS 1LE Highlights

The ONLY Camaro that is impressive to me (Performance per dollar) is the 1SS. For $37900, it's pretty fast, light, can track with the best of them. I don't care for Camaro's in general but I can appreciate that it's pretty stout from factory.
Take a base GT with PP, throw on some real tires, tune, CAI and exhaust, it will be right on par with the SS.
