My Google foo didn't come up with anything "AKE" related. Do they have a website?

Their website isn't up yet, you can reach them via email. [email protected]

I spec the motors for them and hooked them up with CNC Werx to do all the machining and cylinder support systems which this engine does not have, but will be available on the stage 2's I believe.

Where did you get that ported head from?
Bought a new Ford head and had Wes King did the porting. local Race shop did the valve job and machine work.

Well the new engine is up and running. Spent some time tonight running it in, (not wanting to call it "Breaking it in", just bad Ju-Ju)
The engine is quiet, no piston noise, not even when cold. It is actually quieter then the stock engine was. On the few quick pulls, It feels strong, even using the damaged stock turbo, it feels really good. Can't wait for the new turbo so I can really play with it.

Congrats, that's great news! Looking forward to how it runs on the Vargas stage 2.
