Good afternoon, I just picked up my 2015 ingot silver Gt last night and the only thing i am not feeling is the wheels that came with it. I've been looking around and came across some different styles in Matte Black or Graphite. I need you assistance here. I am looking for a classy but sporty look for this car. But also dont want the wheels to fade into the back ground of a picture. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I want that :eyebulge: factor...
Thanks for the help

Are you looking for 19's or 20's?

If you don't want them to fade away, don't do black. It will look like old painted steel wheels, or no wheels at all.

Gunmetal, argent, machined (maybe with painted black accent on back surfaces) would all look good. Even chrome, if selected tastefully.

Hello again,
I am am considering 19's or 20's Don't want to go to 18's I think these sizes give the vehicle a better appearance, I don't know why but just does. My son mentioned that 19's are lighter then 20's not sure if i would noticing the difference between the two sizes as far a performance. Plans so far is lower springs, upgraded sway bars from steeda more then likely. Then exhaust and intake down the line. I have been out of the game with aftermarket styles for a while. Please help design a sharp looking car.
Thank you
Ron

I think you need these in 19 inch or 20.

Reference here: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=163926&postcount=42

They have a 19x9.5 ET39

I'm considering running these square, with 275/35/19
The front's would be out toward the Fender 12mm more and the rears
13mm more. This might be a nice set-up if you want to rotate your tires and have a little more aggressive stance. Prob want to do a 1" drop with the 35 profile tires though. Otherwise you could run 275/40/19's square.

They also claim a 22.5lb weight, which is sure to be 8-10lbs lighter per stock wheels. :-)

I've noticed ALOT of people that run black wheels... the only thing with that is it really takes away from the character of the wheel. Its very hard to notice what kind of wheel or the detail of the wheel when its black unless your right up on it. JUST MY .2 CENTS
