It is the same bolt pattern, however if you get the ones that are thick enough to require studs, the thread on the studs are different so you have to get lug nuts for a 13-14 so you can bolt your wheels up. ( I haven't confirmed this myself but it is what i have seen online) -Tyler

From searching the part numbers at work, I found that the active exhaust looks like it will be well over 2K. Thats dealership cost as well..... These types of exhaust are very common on German and other import cars. The prices will be a lot higher than your average exhaust and a good bit higher...
