Tire Letter Coloring

Does anybody have any good suggestions on how to color my tire lettering white. I found a website where you can buy good quality lettering for around $100 for 8 decals. Not a bad price but I was wondering if anybody had their own way of doing it that they had success with.

I am looking for a pretty permanent option that will hold up and continue to look nice for the life of my tires!!
