Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I have 2019 Mustang GT pp2, roush supercharger phase 1 with a custom tune. I barely use this car, it has a little under 9K miles total. My battery completely died and when I replaced it with a new one, check engine late came on. (P0607) I tried clearing it and took it to downtown Sacramento ford to reset the battery but the engine light keeps on coming back.

Have you contacted your tuner?
Ran any data logs?
How is the car running?
Who replaced the battery?
Did they check and clean the connections at both ends of the cables?
What voltage is the alternator outputing?

Best case is you have a loose or corroded connection somewhere.
Worst case, you need a new ECM. And several things in between.
But your aftermarket mods and tune complicates things.

How is the car running? The car runs fine, no issues or power loss or anything
Who replaced the battery? I replaced the battery
Did they check and clean the connections at both ends of the cables? Connections are clean, no visible corrosion
What voltage is the alternator outputing? Haven’t check that

Seems like a checksum from a map or similar internal change that was detected at a power on check. What did you find?
