So I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT from an auction.
I noticed a rat had gotten to the main body wiring harness, so it needed to be replaced. I purchased one off of eBay, but it turns out the harness I purchased came off a factory-amplified Mustang GT (Upgraded Speaker Package), while mine is equipped with the base speaker package. There are no available harnesses in the part number sequence JR3T 14A005 AC available anywhere online besides Ford, which costs $1000+
When installed, everything works besides the speakers because they require the OEM amp. I cannot purchase the amp because there is a separate cable that comes from the dash that plugs into the amp (3 total: 1 from the dash harness (Black) and 2 from the body wiring harness (Brown and Gray).
Does anyone know how I can get my speakers to work without having to install an amp? Could I just run speaker wires from each speaker into the ACM (Audio Control Module)? If that's the case, how do I do so? What do I plug them into on the input side?
Thanks in advance, guys!
The 2 extra cables that are on the donor harness are in the image below, as well as the pin diagram for the two cables:
