Noticed mine was installed correctly thanks to the forum as well, but after 5k miles and many of high speed runs, I haven't had any issues. Taking the car to get it detailed next week and one of the guys there own a GT350 and also fixed his splitter, so I'll let 'em do mine as well. Would feel much more comfortable anyway than taking it back to Ford.

UPDATE: My front air splitter was replaced at no cost to me,
After sending pictures to original out of state dealer of purchase, Ford service rep and local dealer. Out of state dealer wanted it inspected by local service mgr. He took his own pictures and told out of state dealer that this was an install problem (missing screws and some improper screw clip attachments). Out of state dealer sent required parts to local dealer and vehicle was fixed at no cost to me. Whole process took about 4+ weeks.
Ford service rep was kept in loop.
FYI....local Ford dealer had the same thing happen to one of there own cars before it was even sold.

I've driven the spoiler into a curb pretty hard, mauling one of the points. I've hit a large dead skunk at 75 mph.

My splitter is still mounted perfectly. If your splitter is installed correctly the only way it comes off is if its torn off the mounts leaving pieces. This will likely be so severe it will take chunks of the bumper cover with it too.
Yep. Same here. If installed properly its not going to "fall off". Mine is gouged but rock solid and I've scraped hit lots of stuff at speed.

No doubt your dealer didn't install correctly.

Picked mine up today. Got home and was looking over the car again. Notice my splitter was not seated properly. Called dealer out of town. They said go to local dealership and it will be fixed under warranty.
