The same thing happened to me. I have had the car for 10 days, 8 of which with no front splitter. I called my dealer and bounced between the service department, then parts department, then back to service. They mentioned I should have some evidence that it was them. At that point I just ordered a new splitter which should arrive tomorrow. If this is such a big problem, maybe it is best to have Ford proper install them and replace the few damaged in transit versus what seems to be an epidemic with having them improperly installed by the dealer.
