You might want to ask about 20x9.5 for the fronts. They have a slight concave and fit perfectly. I'm pretty sure I got one of the last sets of 20x11 for a while though. Here's my setup here:

Thanks for the photos. I saw the 9.5, but I want more concave on the front. I think it's the fact that I drove Subarus for such a long time. I just think the square set ups look good. I will probably still stagger the tires which I know is kind of pointless on squared rims but whatever...

Fender Badges are back from the 3d printer. Turned out pretty good. I just did these to verify sizing, but I think i'm going to give them a light sanding and a coat of paint and install them while the real ones are being made.

Hey Nathan, any particular reason why you added that plastic trim cut out to the inside of the mesh? Is this to reduce hood raise? If so, what material is that?
Honestly nothing scientific. However, I remember watching a documentary on building the 2015 and they talked about the grille, and how they made the holes in the grille for adequate cooling, and that additional holes impacted the aerodynamics. I personally did it more for aesthetic reasons. I love the way the front end of the new gt350 looks so I mirrored that grille. I also personally thought that just plain mesh looked less refined or too aftermarket. I wanted a "maybe it could have come from the factory like that" look. The material it self is a sheet of textured black ABS that has been cut and sanded.

Working with our vendor now. Expect a group buy up in the near future.

And congrats on Nathan becoming a Gold Sponsor! ;)

Thanks OySmallFry!
Here is some new stuff I've been working on. These are just prototypes so the quality isn't 100% locked in, but will give you an idea.

I wanted to get rid of the stupid visor sticker, but nothing seemed to take it off all the way. I was also to scared to open the visor up with the electronics in it so I decided to make a cover. I scored a sweat deal on the vinyl fabric that was similar to the leather seats and dusted off my wife's sewing machine. Still working out a few of the bugs but the prototypes are holding up well. They've been on the car for about two weeks with no issues.

The second one is a premium start button. I hate things not to match. So my goal is to make a button that will match the premium interiors toggle switches. This one is pretty rough. I made this metal button using a 3d printing service to check size. I was pretty disappointed with how rough the part came back. After about an hour of sanding and a quick polish here is what I'm left with. Size and fit is good. If these go into production they will be polished to a mirror finish and match the toggles. The goal would be to offer a few different options. There are some mock ups below.

That metal start button is awesome. Would it be just a cover or an actual replacement button?
