Yes it was, also went to westerham yesterday for a smuk meet at the brewery.Good turn out.So far everyone has said they liked the front now they have seen it in the flesh.
Of course they liked it. In the flesh it just looks awesome and really flows well with the lines of the car.

The Vette gets them wet.
They are absolutely stunning cars in the flesh the Stingray, easily one of the best looking cars on the road, got a lot of Ferrari styling hints on them, really gorgeous things, properly quick too.

Advocet now you've put some miles on that 2018 how you finding it?
Is the engine more responsive down low with the direct injection and more torque under the curve and how is the top-end assuming you've opened it up yet?

I am sure you love the magneride, on a car driven on the road I find they are the best compromise, better handling and road manners than decent coilovers for road use with the on the fly switch ability for comfort. It is nice Ford give you 3 settings, normal, sport and track, most cars just have normal and hard, but most cars don't run the high-end DSC system Ford have used, its a proper piece of kit that.

I can't remember you A10 or manual? Either way both should be a big improvement over outgoing, very curious as I probably won't bother test driving an 18 and will just wait for my trip to the US and hire myself an 18 GT PP for a week to see how it compares to Camaro SS I had. :)

I've still not seen a C7 in the metal. I've seen a C3, C4, C5 and C6 all driving around my local area. Heck I've seen an SRT challenger (the 6.1) and a hellcat driving around, as well as a bunch of classics (78 Trans Am, 69 Z/28, GT500 etc.), but the C7 escapes me! God damn Dodge Rams are more common where I live for pities sake!

Seen a few in flesh and had a few minutes in a Stingray, just the 6.2l but in the Camaro that engine is instant torque and super quick, in the Vette its quite hilarious due to the less weight.

They look best in yellow or black, in black they look mean as fuck. :D

Haven't gone mad but will put a few miles on over easter.
The magnaride is definitely the most I'm impressed with.
As good as i thought my coilovers were they cant match this upgrade.
Going over the same bad roads even in track mode its very composed. So far so good!

I think many of us were swayed by Gibbos impassioned thoughts on the Magneride last year and ticked the ÂŁ1,600 box.

Looking at the Mountune advert posted earlier I see a set of Coilover springs and shocks cost ÂŁ2,051.99. This puts the ÂŁ1,600 in perspective - a massive bargain.
On a road car the mag ride system is also far better, the only thing you lose where you could rate coilovers as better is ride height adjustment, other than that mag ride system will ride and handle better than pretty much any coilovers on the road, even the good KW ones. Only on track where the top stuff like KW will outperform, but cheaper coilovers can see mag ride being better again.

Great system, with great on the fly adjust ability, just remember the GT 350 springs for it. :)
