I'm doing the same to my V6, got a spoiler, side scoops, gt350 start button, and will be blacking out my pony at first. Want to do a red leather or black with red stitching, as well as audio upgrade, speakers, add a CAI and exhaust, strut brace, and eventually wheels/tires.

can you run two different size tries in the rear? I think that would mess your transmission no?

It's a very similar outside diameter for all of the stock Mustang wheel/ tire combinations. So no, won't affect the rear (transmission isn't involved) during the 50 miles or less you'd be using the temporary spare.
