Hello all,

Figured I’d start a thread about my build, I’m still in the process of installing everything. As I’m moving along with the project I will have some questions to pick everyones brain with and appreciate Any positive feed back. This forum has been a great help so far with this project and I appreciate the knowledge and support.

Car: 2015 mustang GTPP

Engine/drivetrain mods:
• Hellion street sleeper 6266 BB turbos HLX screamer inlets.
• Hellion 4-1 turbo manifolds
• gt350 manifold with gt350 throttle body.
• thermal R&D catback.
• turbosmart E boost 2
• SCT x4 (for now)
• lethal stage 2 full return fuel system running twin TI 465 pumps with VMP billet rails
• ID 1050x injectors
• boundry oil pump assembly, black gears, billet gear vane ported, Martin ware treated, with billet back plate.
• boundary billet CS sprocket
• MMR oil pick up tube
• MMR water pump pulley
• T56 magnum XL 2.97 ratio with McLeod RXT clutch, MGW shifter
• GT350 axles

Suspension:
• Ford racing rear control arm bearings
• steeda billet vertical links poly bushing.
• ford racing track suspension kit with steeda ultralight linear springs
• BMR cradle lock out CB005B
• BMR cradle centering sleeves
• Steeda rear toe links
• BMR poly diff bushing lock outs.

I’m probably forgetting a bunch of stuff but that’s the basic rundown.

Question all, while Na I had my gt350 manifold charge motion control valves operational and they worked flawlessly. Is it a necessity to lock these out to run with the turbo kit or is that up to my tuner. Appreciate any advice I will have a lot of little questions like this come up throughout my build.

Update. Trans swap, manifolds, turbo and Intercooler piping complete. Trying to Figuring out what I’m going to do for my driveshaft loop situation as JPC discontinued their s550 t56 magnum XL swap driveshaft loop. Going to have to modify or fab something up. Please chime in if anyone has any ideas or solutions. Started on install of fuel return system. Dision X top hat with dual pumps completed started running rest of the fuel lines.

Sorry you didn't get any replies to this. Almost everyone locks out the IMRC's when they go boosted, me included. My Hellion setup runs great with them locked out.

I am no help with the d/s loop with a sitck. As far as the fuel lines, most of us are running the lines under the black plastic cover under the driver side right along with the factory fuel line. If your lines are pre-cut you may need to reach out to the vendor to see how they want you to run them.

Update, everything’s installed and cars up and running. Still doing initial data logs and dialing in the car but couldn’t be happier on how everything has turned out. Big shout out to UPR, Lethal performance, Palm beach dyno and the Hellion crew for my multiple phone calls and questions. Btw very impressed with UPR products their stuff is top notch and overall great people to deal with.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I’m only on gate pressure 7.5 psi and the car is a hoot. Just finished installing my turbosmart E boost 2. Just trying to figure out my settings for it to get me to 10psi. Overall amazed with the drivability it drives like stock besides the taller gearing from the trans swap.

What fuel are you on? I'd keep boost low unless you are on E85...

I have two tunes from PBD, 93 pump @ 10psi and E85 @ 12ish psi. I’m currently on the pump gas tune and trying to get my boost controller dialed in. I see your running the same kit care to chime in your boost #s and fuel type?

I have a 93 tune but never use it. I'm not real comfortable with 93 octane with the compression ratio of these Coyote engines. I run E85 only. Full weight car on the wastegate springs (8psi of boost), the car went 9.73 @141mph. I turned it up to 13 lbs but had some issues with the transmission shifting late. Car went 9.54@148 and spun in 2nd gear. I'll get back out in the spring and see if I can better my times.

Wow those are some impressive times.! I’m rowing gears and a sub-par launcher so I have to rely on surplus power to make up for the “handicap” of me driving lol. Just being real with y’all. On my 93 pump gas tune I’ll prob run some boostane with every fill up just in case I get some $hit gas somewhere. E85 is not easy to find in NJ so will really only be used for track days.

What are you guys running for a 2 step launch control on turbo manual cars? Was thinking about the N2MB 2 step/wot box. Had one on a SRT4 back in the day and it worked flawlessly.
