Mustang jerks when shifting

Mine shifts pretty hard, up or down, in sport mode. I tend to prefer the shifts in sport. However, my wife really doesn't and says it jerks and hurts her back so I put it in normal whenever she is with me.
Sport definitely has harsher shifts but it doesn't feel wrong to me, just more aggressive.

Just wondering if it’s normal for my car to jerk pretty hard when shifting in sport mode ? I barley reached 1000 miles and haven’t used sport mode much at all during that time. Any input would be nice.

I have a 2020 Mustang GT, California Special. The transmission is jerky, hesitant and bucks when cold. I suggest on first start-up, drive it in Normal mode. Once the engine is warmed up, switch it over to Sport Mode+. See if it makes a difference.
