Multiple cylinders misfire from trans?

So I have a 2015 mustang gt 6 speed manual well I broke it so I bought a 2018 6 speed had to change the flywheel because it's a dual disc setup well now I have multiple cylinders misfire num 2 and num 8 so does this have anything to do with the different trans and flywheel or considental?any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

It has to learn the new mass so you gave to do a crank relearn. Also you now have 2 overdrives. Your torque tables will be all messed up.

Because I believe the shaft is a little shorter on the 18 so the single clutch setup will not work with that tranny do you know if that's true
