For the 3 allocations discussed b4 I was told all have deposits and with ADM. They do have 1 R allocation. I was told make an offer if interested.

Regarding the R, they're playing the owner will just keep it if they don't get the ADM that they want game.

Here's a twist that I just heard today, a dealer is going to hold a raffle in order to sell their R allocation at MSRP.

No ADM ever in my book. I'll just enjoy my 15 GT premium for awhile. If I want some kick in the ass feel .....I will drive my 69 Z/28 502 ramjet pro touring 5 speed machine.

No reason to pay ADM !!!!

I've got to give you credit: You may be wrong, but you're never in doubt. :p

I have no basis in fact at this time either, but there's no way I can believe that only 10% of GT350s will be customer-ordered cars. Dealers are in business to sell cars - not own them - and a customer car is money in the bank, ADM or not. In fact, I'd bet that more than your 10% total number already are in the system as customer-ordered cars.
That's not going to be correct. Of the 20 cars we have, all but two will be ordered specifically for the customer.

For a dealer that is getting 2-5, they will most likely all be pre-sold too. In other words, your percentages are backwards. Likely 80-90% are pre-sold. Maybe 10-20% will be for stock. And if they are, what a terrible dealer. lol

HENCEFORTH means from NOW on. Since your statement contains, "every year after," you are speaking of a past occurance and, "From THAT point on" would be the accurate way to express your statement.
Pardon my error. I should have left "every year after". Sorry, professor.

By the way, I had a great transaction from Galpin in 2010 when I bought my 2011 GT Premium with Brembo, nav, sync..... Carlos Alfaro was my internet sales guy. He stood by his word and I was very satisfied with the transaction.
Carlos is a great guy, still here, but now a contract officer. He does all the signing up now. Banker hours. lol

Without venturing an opinion on whether you are right or wrong, I will say, that I'm not sure your, "Tone" creates goodwill for your establishment. I can't imagine someone reading this and saying, I'm dying to go to Galpin, they really respond respectfully to die hard FORD customers.

Just sayin.....
If you're referring to my tone towards Sticker, then you are late to the game. He's done nothing but be an agitator and does not give correct information to fellow members here. I'm not here fishing for customers. I'm here as a Mustang guy who happens to be reading something that relates to his job in a forum where many, many people have called myself and dealerships in general as "scuzzballs" or the latest was calling me "dirty sanchez salesman" without even knowing who I am or how I work. So, if I politely defend myself and my career and you don't think that's appropriate, maybe you should go back and see what lovely comments I've been fielding in past posts. :) As I've already mentioned, my own personal clients who have ordered their GT350's/R's with me have all the info they need...DORA, Pricing in writing, deposits in, orders in, etc. I'm a member of 3 local Mustang clubs too and work by repeat and referal only now. And if you asked Carlos who to speak with who knows a thing or two about Mustangs, he'd probably lead you over to my office. :D

I don't know if you were replying to Mustang 1260 or me, but you and I are in complete agreement on this. The majority of GT350s will be customer orders.

Wait for them to start to arrive on the lot and offer MSRP on one.
You're gonna be too late! Most dealer will have theirs presold. I know mine will. Once they are done, they're done. If you're lucky, you'll find a dealer out there with one on their lot, but I wouldn't put all my eggs in that basket.

These cars can been had for MSRP, you just have to do the work.
If you pay an ADM it is either by choice or you didn't to the work.
Personally I wouldn't pay it, but each to their own.
When it comes to money, each has to justify what they do, only to themselves.

My Dealer sold to me at MSRP, if he had not, I likely would not deal with them again.
I didn't say that or threaten them, but it is what I had in my head.
To me paying MSRP is like paying an ADM, considering the deals I normally get LOL.

I think it is very much market driven and some areas will see a very large demand where a dealer will sell all they can get with an ADM. I am fortunate in a perverted way to live in the middle of Iowa where I have a long relationship with my dealer and will get mine for MSRP max. He just sold me a Hellcat for 500 over invoice.

That is why folks need to shop outside of the big markets to get MSRP or work with a dealer that focuses not just on sales, but building relationships over time......Steve

I would have definately backed down to a fully loaded GT if I was not able to find a GT350 at MSRP. I could buy Two Mustang GTs and one Fiesta ST for the price of a GT350 and a 30K markup like they are asking for out west. The GT350 is not worth that much!
