Just got my car back from the dealer for the driveshaft and brake repair, I strongly reccomend you all take your cars in to address the clunk noise the transmission makes when shifting from park to reverse and to drive, it's present in most if not all s550s there's a thread on that in the warranty and repair threads

BUT omfg I was driving my car stock the last couple days before dealer trip and I was driving a focus rental on the weekend...just flashed the MPT back on and my mind is blown all over again, the car is so quick and responsive especially from dead stops while in sport mode.

This tune has put brought me to a point where I am not longer searching for power adders or mods...time to focus on appearance now. Honestly can't say enough good things about this tune. I'll post city and highway MPG pics later when I get home from work but I will say my mostly city commute switching on and out of sport mode and driving with some foot, playing with some camaros at stoplights I got 26 mpg on a 20 mile commute

I just got it today but it is misfiring like crazy! Since it keeps misfiring my 0 to 60 is 7.9 seconds. What could be causing my misfiring from this time? I chose the 87 fuel and 87 tune.


UPDATE: MPT called me in the morning the next day and said there was a bug with the SCT software. They fixed it right away the next day and sent me the updated tune. No more misfiring!

Definitely should not be happening, call MPT tomorrow and talk to them over the phone. I'd set it back to stock as well if I were you because that is definitely not how the tune should behave

This^ and definitely stay out of WOT until this gets resolved. You could be leaning out which would cause catastrophic failure.

Yes to all above. Return to stock. My 91prx tune worked killer right off the bat

My mpt 93prx works great gona drive a few more days then datalog just to make sure all is well

Can I ask what kind of mpg you are getting after the tune (any tune for that matter)? I want to get a tune since on the low end the car feels sluggish but being pure city driving my mpg doesn't go above 15mpg. You guys have no idea how envious I am when I see GTs posting +18mpgs.

as promised here's my MPG with mpt93 prx

the one taken during day was 5pm during heavy traffic, mostly city.

The one at night was taken at midnight when i left the office no one on the road but was still hitting the red lights.

Hey every one first time posting here and have the 93prx tune from mpt and this is by far the best tune you can have on you 3.7.. I had bama 93race tune before and it doesn't even compare.. My mods are roush cai and flowmaster exhaust and custom hpipe

gmarty59...agreed...I also got the bama....wasn't impressed. love the mpt. but, its making about the same peak hp as my unleashed, cause my times havnt gotten any better, but, it has a lot more power in partial throttle/around town driving which is what 98% of my driving is anyway lol. just wish mpt would have come out 6 months ago so I didn't have to blow so much cash on other tunes.. :(
