As this thread grows, one thought I'd like to see for customization is the ability to change the order of the different radio modes on MFT, I never listen to AM radio so having it at the top of the list is pointless for myself, but I do use the bluetooth a good bit so itd be nice to be able to customize the list to rank the ones youd want the most. Is that something we could change?

perhaps

I found some info about removing the sirius radio option from the list, so I'm assuming the list could be SOMEWHAT controlled. I would LOVE to change the order.

as seen in F150 sheet...
07D0-01-01 *xxx xxxx xxxx
remove sirius from audio sources. decrement the value at '*' by 2 (if you have an 'A', make it an '8', if you have a '2', make it a '0'.
still haven't tried it.

perhaps maybe if we can figure out where it is maybe maybe
Was poking around on internet, apparently Pedal Commander and similar products alter the throttle position sensor.

removing sirius is probably for export markets (no sirius around here)

Not useful for you Americans but us poor Aussies have Line Lock disabled due to nanny state idiots! Anyone know what as built data enables it? There are companies here that charge to reinstate and pretty sure this is how they're doing it, rather than flashing a tune.

The disable horn honk when car is running works which was worth it alone!

Sub'd for digital speedo and having the car start in track mode. My toggle switch is already feeling a bit weak from having to do it every time I get in the car. Sucks that global windows won't work

Can provide an AU delivered VIN too if that helps proceedings. Our cars are premiums with some PP features I believe.

I had time to do some research. For this, only the second digit in that group is relevant... Changes occur with 0001, 0101, and 0201. 0301 through 0E01 appear identical to 0201:

REGISTER 7D0-03-01

xxxx 0001 xxxx - "Ford Classic" (colorful) Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0101 xxxx - "Ford Mustang" Theme (Mustang Pony Shutdown)
xxxx 0201 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0301 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0401 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0501 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0601 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0701 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0801 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0901 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0A01 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0B01 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0C01 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0D01 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)
xxxx 0E01 xxxx - "Ford Timeless" Theme (Blue Oval Shutdown)

"Ford Classic", Ford Mustang", and "Ford Timeless" theme names are pulled from the SYNC3 diagnostics screen. the themes are as follows:

ford-classic
ford-mustang
ford-raptor
ford-shelby
ford-shelbyR
ford-timeless
ford-vignale
lincoln-blacklabel
lincoln-presidential
lincoln-timeless

With the exception of "ford-classic", the themes in the diagnostic menu seem to only affect the screen shown at shutdown. The highlight colors remain their medium-blue color.

The Lincoln themes are all the same gold theme used in Lincoln vehicles, only differentiating the shutdown screen as well.

"Timeless" for either Ford or Lincoln seem to represent the standard logos and themes on most vehicles in the lineup.

With the presence of the Lincoln and Classic themes in the diagnostic menu, and our ability to identify the setting to make the Classic, Mustang, and Timeless themes permanent in the APIM, I'm sure the ability to make the shutdown screen changes as well as the Lincoln gold theme permanent are there as well, but have not identified it yet.

But I feel we can at least canonize the three available themes as confirmed for now.

if you have the hardware, try running the config modules for RCM and IPC (which should have line lock enabled /disabled).

Attached is what I can see in various modules ignoring the As Built ones. Order of images is BdyCM, IPC and then RCM. I already tried enabling Line Lock. It shows up on the Track Apps menu but is greyed out. I assume I'm missing data elsewhere unless there is a particular start up sequence and drive mode you need to be in for it to work?

Diff temp was already enabled in IPC, don't see it anywhere, do the US delivered cars show that in the Engine info screen?

What about auto door lock? My GM ute (guess you'd call it a modern day El Camino powered by an LS3) auto locks the doors when drive is selected or car moves beyond a walking pace.

1. you need to be in track mode to use line lock if I remember correctly. if you for sure have the hardware, i believe it needs to be enabled in ABS as well. not sure where it is. don't have mine available, if there a non-ASBUILT config for ABS available to you? try going to track mode, and seeing if the line lock option isn't greyed out. If it is still greyed out, try enabling in ABS.

2. diff temp isn't on my car (manual). it's on gt350s I think, and can be enabled on auto cars (that have the sensor).

3. why would you want autolocking doors? mine does this and I'd love to disable it. if yours DOESN'T autolock, PM me your VIN and maybe we can figure it out. maybe in BCM or RCM. Did you see that autolock config status in the IPC?

Did you mean to type "trans" instead of "diff"? GT PPs have a diff temp sensor (at least 2016s do).

I REALLY want auto locking doors, the other car we drive most often has it and its great. But since the Mustang doesn't have it, we sometimes have to pull out the fob and lock it that way after walking away with it unlocked. What do you mean that you have it? Are you talking about an S550? Because, as I said, I would love to enable that.

I can understand why people who own cars that DON'T autolock would choose to disable it so their car's are consistent; same reason I want to have it.

1. oops yes I thought we were talking about the trans oil temp (which isn't on my 15 GT PP, at least). I don't remember seeing diff temp either.

2. I'm confused. Are you talking about autolocking the doors when you're driving and you hit 20mph or whatever? (available in IDS) or are you talking about locking the doors when the car is OFF and you walk away? you shouldn't have to ever touch the fob. simply touch the top of the door handle to lock (and I think it also locks after a certain time period when the key isn't present, not sure, I would never walk away from my car without it being locked).

I'm pretty sure it doesn't because only recently did I discover the car didn't auto lock when I walked away from it; I was under the impression that it did but I walked out to the car without the fob in my pocket and it was unlocked. :headbonk:
