modify a ford performacne stage 1

Hello all, I bought my 2016 gt vert used . It has been added a K&N filter and modded in a Ford dealer with a stage 1. Can I remove the K&N filter and replace it with a Roush cold air intake without have issues? Will this worth the money ?
