Missing Gracenote version after Sync 3 update

just updated my Non nav to V3.0 18093 this week. Was previously at V2.2. Got the dreaded mem003 error the first time I tried but I was finally able to finish it by breaking up the install into 3 pieces. I noticed after the update that my Gracenotes was missing the version number. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I did a search and noticed this has happened to others but I could never find a fix.

Thanks. Since that thread is so huge, could you possibly point me to a specific post in that thread? Did my first attempt to upgrade that resulted in the mem003 error corrupt something? I read that others had issues with this on an earlier version of V3 had to downgrade back to V2.2. If I do that, how do I get V3 to install without losing Gracenote version?
