Taking delivery tomorrow of a used '17 convertible, and I noted on the test drive that the factory Sync 3/nav version was way out of date (v19136[?]) and the maps were at NA 1.15. Our '20 Explorer ST is at v 21194 with NA 2.20 maps. When I fed the VIN number to check the available updates on the Ford Owner site for the Mustang, it indicates an update to v 20204 is available. (I believe this is the version that really messed up the Sirius TravelLink and it took Ford three months to come out with 21194 to fix their mess!)
Was wondering what y'all are using as the "current" version for SYNC 3 w/navigation of your 2017's?
I'm hoping I'll just need to go to 20204 in order to get the NA 2.20 maps, then update to 21194 after that.
