Sync 3 Nav Version

I did the same. WIFI was taking for ever!. I also have uploaded the confirmation file 3 times. The website still reporting I need an update!

Where did you download the 3.3 update file ? Does it show up under your Ford owner account ?

3.3 does not show up in my Owners Account? Maybe its on a staggered release

Once you register with Owners web site and use vehicle VIN number, I clicked under the support tab, then clicked sync updates. On the Mustang it came up with the 3.3 update, on the Edge we have it said current with 3.0.

It did and still does. Not sure why the site doesn't take my confirmation upload even though it uploads successfully

For some reason, my account still shows v3.0 as being the latest. That was the reason i was asking if you guys downloaded it off any other site.

I even checked for updates by connecting the infotainment system in car to an external WiFi network but no luck. My guess is that this update was only pushed out to 2019 MY models so far.

Did a master reset, and did the 3.0 again and reconfirmed the 3.0 install with XML file got the ok and it still shows as needing to confirm as well as update to 3.0

I took a closer look at last update on my ford site, it says Oct 3 as latest update to 3.2. my car was assembled on Oct 4, I picked up in late Oct. once I got my car I tried wifi update and seem to have done some small 3.2 update. never was updated to Ford, then I did the usb card update for the 3.3 off the site as well, still shows the factory update on Oct 3 as my latest update, but my car is now 3.3.
