Okay, after 11 hours of being off the charger, resting voltage on my batt. is 12.8V.

Well, after now having been nearly a month and having no time to further diagnose the car, I'm still unsure as to what it may be. Apologies for getting back here so late. For those wondering, the battery was bought new over this past summer. I have tested for parasitic draw, which came back at .11 (no where near an actual draw of .50). Hooking up the multimeter up after shutting the car off though, I could visibly see the voltage draining rapidly. I have had to jump the car nearly 4 times a day to get to and from, with it now being completely dead sitting around 8.9V. I will start with replacing the battery just to finally have some voltage to even begin to see what I am dealing with.

SOLVED
Update: I tore the entire car apart. From unbolting fuse boxes to checking the harness itself, it was simple. The alternator power wire has grounded itself to the block. Therefore, causing the misfires as well as over 1V drain, resulting in a dead battery within seconds. It has since been moved and pulled away. All issues are resolved.

Did you or anyone else ever touch that wire/harness or has it always been in the prior position before you found the issue?

It was in prior position before issue was found.
