MGW gripper knob on Barton Flatstick?

Got a Barton Hyrbrid 3 flatstick on the way and am struggling to find a nice knob that arent recessed.

I am after a brushed stainless steel knob, with a custom engraving on it. But am not having much luck finding a company to satisfy the order.

Has anyone done the dirty and put a MGW gripper ball on a Barton flatstick? I think it would look great but I am concerned that with the adapter MGW provides, it will sit too high.

Chris will make what you're after. You'll need to provide him with the size, thread pitch and the length of the threads on the Barton.
