MFT (Sync2) & Apple Carplay

This just occurred to me. Wonder if we can add Apple Carplay by swapping the USB hub on the 2015 cars with MFT? I’m sure some programmer/hacker could reprogram MFT to run Apple Carplay. Just a thought

The only way you're going to get it is to swap in Sync 3, or a complete dash unit, like a Pioneer, that supports it. Honestly, this was one of my primary reasons for waiting to buy a 2016.

there is 1 reason why it won't work besides all of the obvious programming issues....MFT has a resistive touch screen and you have to have a capacitive touchscreen to make use of AA or CP.
