I think personally the Prometh setup where its fed into each manifold section is the best as anything through the throttle body will go mainly into cylinder 1, then less into 2, even less 3 and so on

I've read in the intake pipe 6" from the throttle body is best for atomization and mixing with the air apparently.

This. Using two nozzles is also beneficial.

There are a couple of manifold spacers out there...Boomba, C&L.... Wondered that myself.....
