It's pretty ghetto fab but I considered filling the void in the top of those bushings with window urethane. So it no longer has a void. There are also bushings that fill the void in those bushings now as well.

I do have a manual. I called the driveshaft shop directly and the Ecoboost and gt driveshafts are different lengths so maybe it's the pinion shaft in the differential? That's the only thing I can think of.
