This is very exciting to read about all of these kits starting to become available. The only thing that stinks is that my bonus doesn't hit until next March lol. When looking at kits and/or dealers to purchase from what I look at the most is reliability, reviews from others, and customer friendly attitude. Someone who understands not all of us are car-x-perts and my questions might be rather on the Noobside, but I might have some money to spend on your product. I work in IT, but early on in life I was very much in the retail world and understand how networking works(See what I did there).

When someone has a bad experience that hurts the bottom line as others will hear about the bad experience. If they have a good experience they tell all of the people they know and you get free advertising and new customers.

We are also looking at offering GTX3076R option for our turbo kit as well to be able to cover all angles.
Oh hell yes, that would be bad ass  Please do this and get the car on a dyno. I love the spool and torque curves on GTX turbos. Would love to see this happen.

Hahahahahajahaha adam is a tuning zombie!!!

In all honesty i would like a merge of all the sugestions here.
-Ball bearing is important to me
-Coolant cooled adds a level of complexity but i think its worth it
-Im also anxious to see what a better twin scroll turbo will do, in all honesty i think this option is gonna kick ass.
- i would definitely go for a smaller (but still larger than stock) turbo.
-i definitely agree adam is awesome, and like you all said, he could definitely build me something that meets my crazyness

Hahaha basically i want a triple ball bearing, coolant cooled, twin scroll 400hp hyper efficient turbo!!

Thank you all for the responses

Coolant cooled doesn't add any complexity as that's how the stock turbo is already setup.

If I were to have it my way id take MAPs intake with fftecs intercooler and Borgwarner unit. Both use a Cobb access port to tune which I feel is the best choice as far as ease of use on the consumers side/features.

But I'm patient and the car honestly is pretty fun with just the acessport if you take the given powerband into consideration. The car hasn't even been out a year..... I personally am going to wait and see what other companies are going to offer for this motor. Trust me its a turbocharged sports car, I'm sure theirs tons of research and development going into delivering some awesome products in the near future.

Be patient, you just got the damn thing as we all did.

That's good to hear about the BW and GTX being added to the line-up for Adam. As for me personally, I won't use PTE. Back when they were using Garrett CHRAs, they weren't bad, but after Garrett kicked them as a distributor and they started using their own CHRAs, they didn't do so well and were VERY failure prone. And although they've improved somewhat, I'd still put my money into a more reliable turbo which is what you'll find in BW or Garrett. If having a BW is an option from MAP now, I'd go with MAP. Otherwise, I'd go with FFTec just based on the turbo alone.

We will be offering a Borg Warner option to our turbo kits in the near future, the reason we are using PTE is because we are a major distributor for them and we have been using their products on our kits since the beginning of MAPerformance.

We are also looking at offering GTX3076R option for our turbo kit as well to be able to cover all angles.

If someone wants our kit with a BW turbo, I will build it for them they just have to ask!
What's the price difference?

it would be nice (a nice dream) for a garrett turbo that fits with the current bag of goodies from map. intake downpipe and charge pipe i mean. That way youd bolt on the snail and boom have it on the road in less than half an hour!!

I prefer garrett but lately bw are everywhere!

That's exactly what ATP is working on right now. They'll have several "stock location" turbos available, so you'll be able to upgrade to a larger turbo but still be able to use any factory fitment parts. ATP will be releasing bigger turbos capable of 800+ hp too, but they do plan to offer several stock location turbos. That's what I've been waiting to see and they should be hitting the market towards the end of summer.

If you want a preview of what you'd be looking at, then go to ATP's website and look at the Focus ST turbos. Their offerings for the EBM will be VERY similar (as far as the stock location turbos go).

Caviali's will have a nice stock location setup also, although more money then ATP. Edit I just looked at the ATP prices, about the same as the Cavallis unit. I thought ATP was going to do a cheap version?
