Maybe its just my area but that sounds like my dealer, instead of it saying mini it reads Bmw. I find that MOST german car owners either A cannot afford the upkeep to keep them running. Which owning these bmws you might as well have an umbilical cord to your wallet. They ignore most of the repairs til it leaves them stranded. Youd think people would research how much it actually costs to keep these POS running properly. B they are so rich, they have zero fucks to give. I think the majority fall under A.You say that until you deal with Mini customers haha. My store used to be BMW/Mini until they recently built them their own store right next to us. We often would fill in or help out with the Mini advisors and vise versa. When ever I was hating life with BMW I would help out Mini and would go running back happy to help a BMW customer haha. Seriously Mini's have a cult like following...they love their cars so much but don't take care of them and when there 03 with 120K miles needs a timing chain set bc they let the motor get low on oil for lack of maintenance they want Mini to pay for it. Bc they have no money, it's there only car, they do volunteer work or are in there 8th year at some art school and they need a loaner...haha
