Its under warranty, take it to the dealer. Check engine light can literally come on for thousands of different things.

I care about infotainment
Mine came on at 100 miles. Went to dealer as they were closing to get the code read and it was/is an O2 sensor that needs replacing. I'm now at 1000 miles and still need to bring it in to get it replaced.

If it's not a misfire requiring update from ford... mine had the same issue improper ground contact from bottom ground underneath air box. Ford painted over ground contact spot had to sand to exposed frame metal and replace with unpainted bolt. Things affected handbrake engage light, abs, driving modes, steering modes, advancetrac, tmps, and vehicle lights resetting during use.
