MBRP Stainless 3" Race hasn't failed me yet. Fit better than the average and fit as good as Borla. Installed a Magnaflow kit on another car with less miles than I had on mine (we are talking sub 100 miles on the odo) and we had to cut it to fit. Not sure why. Anyway, after about 1600 miles the exhaust has really come into it's own and I love it.

My 03 SRA Cobra with Mac long tubes / off road H and supper 44s sounded incredible. Not one person disliked it. Flows only work on cars with tailpipes. The newer stangs with the rear mount mufflers just sound horrible with Flows.
I'm running Corsa extreme with ARH catted headers with a true 3" direct connect and it sounds like PURE EVIL on my 16'

If I have said it once I have said it a million times. Magna flow gives our 5 liter Coyotes the best sound. None of this tin can raspy crap that 95% of the name brand exhausts put out.

I have the 44 series flows with an x pipe. I had my cats gutted also. I know that's the ghetto route, but I don't have the money at the moment to do headers w/o cats or he mak cat delete. Anyways I was on the fence on how mine sounded on a load too and felt it sounded similar to yours or how you've described it. Mine has been on the car for about 8 months and I've been getting a lot of compliments lately on my exhaust. Obviously without the cats it sounds a little different and louder. I can't post he video for some reason on here though. Just have it on my IG. I will eventually be going to the corsa extreme though.

My 03 Cobra had Flowmasters on it when I picked it up and I promptly removed it for Magnaflow and it sounded great. I ran Borla S on the Boss 302 and on the 16 GT and wouldn't go any other way on the Coyote.

I had flow master 40s with the mid pipe resonator deleted as my first exhaust change on my 15 GT and it sounded ok but not much louder than stock. Then I had the super 10's with Mak cat deletes and the drone was so awful yet the exhaust wasn't very loud on the outside. Never going with flowmaster again for the s550 I have borla s types now and while they're not too loud they have no drone and a beautiful and aggressive tone.
