I had a custom 3" x pipe made to pair up to my corsa sport axle back and he put it right before the axle back instead of right before the headers.. will this hurt performance or change sound?

Headers are on now so hoping to cut down my time some tomorrow

I got like a 7.84 which is slower than I usually run and I don't know what time he got on this particular run but his best time was a 7.62 that day

Oh and FYI to anyone who's curious, removing the rear seats and trunk mat doesn't cut down time any. Lol. My times were actually a little worse. The back seats are very light weight actually.

Yeah I noticed when I searched it a lot of BMW owners used it but also saw a VW GTi using it stacked on an apr stage 2 tune and it was quick

Does that mean he could increase the boost levels for just one run to beat me? I know he still has stock intercooler.

If I put the sandbag in the back of the trunk will it help traction? Or will I be good with just removing the rear seats? Looks like removal is pretty easy
