Front 19 x 9.5 inches and rear 19 x 10 inches, can someone confirm their respective offsets?

The front is ET40 and the rear is ET52.5 for the non-HP Y-spoke alloys

What about just the plain ol’ standard 5 spoke wheels on the base Mach 1? Is the offset the same?

Yes, that's for these wheels below. I don't know the standard wheel offsets, sorry.

Actually, the specs you posted are the only specs certified by Ford for *any wheels* according to the car certification I got here (Czech Rep.). I would believe it would be true for the whole EU.
In other words, any wheels sold by Ford here for Mach 1 must have these specs (we are talking the Euro version - i.e. non-HP). Which is the reason why there are only two of them - the standard ones, and the Y-spoke ones .
