Mach 1 Ordered!

Well, after over 14 years I have finally jumped back in the horse arena! Just order a 2021 Shadow Black Mach 1 on April 28, 2021. Now the wait... I struggled with the color for weeks and than saw some posts on this site and YouTube of a Shadow Black Mach 1 and that was it. I have never owned a black car so this should be interesting! I am fully retired now and this is a retirement gift to myself... Wife approved of course! This will be my 6th Mustang over the years. I have owned a 1964 1/2 Convertible, 2 1966 Coupes, 1989 GT and a 2008 California Special. So looking forward to driving a Pony again...

Yes, I bought waxless car wash soap by Sonax, bought a clay kit from Sonax and then bought their CC36 ceramic coating kit.
6 hours later and I was super happy with the results! It was a lot of work but I like working on my own car.
You can ceramic coat the decals and non-painted plastics.
It's supposed to last a year.

6 hours later and I was super happy with the results! It was a lot of work but I like working on my own car.
You can ceramic coat the decals and non-painted plastics.

I was totally fine waiting until August for my black Mach 1, but now after seeing your car again... Appreciate the photos, keep 'em coming!

@Mach 1 Crew Chief I couldn't think of a better retirement gift! I had the same problem picking a color as they all look great. A black Mach 1 with those red stripes is stunning, though. Great choice!
