I run mine at 48 psi... Didn't know they could be pushed to 80 psi! What tire pressure does everyone run on Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R front runners? I'm thinking about 80PSI?
That tire is a trailer tire. While its great for our heavy cars, its insanely heavy. I swapped from that tire to the new et street r front in the same size. Like 12lbs lighter each. HIGHLY recommend. Its also a touch shorter too, which makes it fit better in the wheel well. I always thought the SR was a bit too tall.Max pressure is 95psi. They are essentially high speed space savers. Space savers are usually 60PSI.
They are heavy, but still a big difference over the 285's on my fronts now. I like that the S/R actually has usable tread. That tire is a trailer tire.
