Did you installed a new manifold? I remember reading someone had a an issue with a manifold. The manifold had a cracked so thin you almost couldnt see it.

My IM is black and a 21. Since you haven’t switched to e85 yet download the old tune and see if the problem still occurs. Lots of variables with this so you need to start eliminating them one by one.Sorry I didnt get a log uploaded here yet. I thought it would have been simpler but my computer isn't set up for it following the guide in the link. Thanks for the heads up though I'll try to set it up soon.
I was kind of hoping it was mechanical instead of the tune though because I don't want to press Lund about it anymore, but I feel like I got the run around on this one. I've thought about flashing back to stock but with everything installed I figured it would run even worse. I've tried reflashing the tune to the car, just the same tune over itself, I didnt try flashing to stock and then back because I felt it would be the same result. No ethonal yet, all on 92 pump.
Yes I installed the manifold, I hope it doesnt have a crack in it, it was handled with extensive care after I received it. Is there any difference with the gen 3 manifold from 21+ specifically? Mine is black unlike the gray one I see everyone has.
