Never had any E85 in it. Just loaded the tune for the first time after installing the intake last night. It has Sunoco 93 in it.
Yeah that's not normal. Default stoich should be 14.0-14.1 normally at E-10 so it should have defaulted at 14.0-14.1

Did you data log your tune yet, and send it in to be revised? Also what size injectors are you using with the new manifold?

I just logged it and am sending it in. Lund talked me into using the stock injectors for this setup and assured me it is fine.

The stock injectors should be fine unless you are running E-85 on a high flow manifold and revving to 7600 (some are still ok if PE lambda is not on the richer side)

I plan on revving to 7800 and it will be rare that I run E85 but it will be done.

lund tunes for lambda, a/f will very based on different stoichs of fuel.

unless something is way off in the mechanics of the car ,especially n/a, the car will be be the exact stoich lund wants

Got a revised tune this morning from Greg at Lund. He said he adjusted it for the intake, which was off a bit and some other changes. I'll load it up and relog and see where it gets me.

I am having the same issue. At wot I am at 9afr to 9.5 Afr. I am running gt350 manifold and 47lbs injectors with ff tune. It pulls very nice but 9.0 is very rich.

Not sure there is anything to sub for. I think it's in the way the Lund flex fuel tune is using the fuel system to calculate ethanol content creating a calculated AFR that is not actual. I got better MPG on 93 as you would expect and the car always ran great.

O ok.thought u seen a few guys in here have afr being to rich when running 93 on flex fuel tune. Wanted to sub just in case I get same problem. I have my tune being written at Lund and they will ship with guage. Gonna install it with 91 in the tank than switch to flex soin as its low enough.

I thought you can run around 12afr with e85?

i paid 1.97 a gallon last night. gas mileage was instantly shitty as expected.

10-10.4 afr at idle, 8ish WOT. Just watch lambda 1 and 2. They should be around 1.0 at idle and .85 WOT.
