I'm weighing my options here and I wanted to know if you guys that have committed to the base GT would post you final prices for me? Also, what discounts you used to arrive at that final price. Thanks in advance.

$32,925 = MSRP
$30,978 = Factory Invoice Total

The dealer I work at is ordering these at $500 over the invoice total which would be $31,478 less any rebates that might be available upon delivery. We also honor plan sales (A/D/X/Z) to qualified buyers on vehicles that Ford allows plan pricing for.

There may be a few dealers offering better deals out there, but I believe our pricing will be right in the mix of competitive pricing.

I would expect any price around X or as Brian said 500 over invoice is reasonable. My base GT PP/Recaro MSRP is $37015 and X-Plan pricing is $34,824.85. Invoice is $34,688.60. In theory you could get a Base 300A GT for somewhere in the $31-31.5K range which is an absolute bargain compared to Camaro and even Challenger. Challenger performance wise is not really comparable but even with my affiliates discount (1% under invoice) and $3K in current rebates for outgoing model it is still almost $27K. For what you are getting in a brand new model launch with no incentives the Mustang still wins. With my GM Supplier discount and $2K in incentives the Camaro is still more money for what you get. :ford:

As Tim said, the outgoing model is super cheap. We have a couple of new '14 GT's for $27,450 after rebates. Heck, we even have a new '14 GT Premium for $29,285 after rebates. The '15's will likely get some small rebates early on, so base '15 GT's under $30K might be possible by year's end.

My salesman seems to think my $750 Private Cash that was due to expire this month but in his system does not expire until March of '15 will be updated to include the '15 Mustangs once they start hitting the showrooms. So basically I am getting (potentially) mine for $34k. To add Recaros and 15" Brembos after the fact would cost about $7k so this car is a bargain.

I don't think so. '14's have very big rebates now to clear out the last of this body style. A year from now, the '15's won't need as big of rebates when the carryover '16's start coming out.

Our local dealer is down to one 14 GT (stick, base interior, Sterling Grey, sticker about $31k) so if you want a cheap Coyote there are still a few out there.

Nah, I'm a fan of the S550. I would coyote swap my 04 before I'd buy anything other than a '15 GT. I'm just trying to see if I want to reserve one now or just wait til this time next year...
