Hello everyone, I have a base 2020 mustang GT. I recently put on 19” rims. Rear has 275/40 and front has 255/40. Looking into lowering springs to eliminate the gap. What lowering spring set is recommended that will work with the OEM camber set up? Only asking because I’m seeing that camber bolts/camber set ups can be required. Thanks in advance.

For what it's worth, given the work involved and the improvement in handling/ride quality, I recommend doing dampers (struts and shocks) along with springs. Doing it twice is no fun. But given you're only running 225's up front, you can basically use whatever. I like the Steeda Minimal Drop Linears, but a lot of people prefer their progressive option.

Another vote for the Steeda Minimum Drop springs. (see my sig for my suspension upgrades) A half inch drop front and rear IMO is perfect with the PP1 wheels & tires. 255/40 F, 275/40 R. Although your front is only 225/40 you may need 3/4" in the front to reduce the gap further. The car may look raked forward with that small of a front wheel. So also look at BMR SP763 which would give you 7/8" drop front and 1/2" drop rear.

Alex - what part of FL are you in - we have several Mustangs at our shop with different springs on them - if you are close, may be worth the drive!

Let me know if I can help assist at tim steeda .com

Kind of long but very comprehensive in regard to the different spring options:

Let me know if you want to set up a consultation to come down and review the options for your Mustang - it's a sizable investment and you are not too far away. Let me know if it's something you would like to have me review with Rodney to get the process started.
