What is the easiest way to reattach the foam piece that has dropped down behind the front bumper on the driver's side? I remember vaguely the bottom chin spoiler has to be removed to drop the belly pan I think as well as removing the grill as well as a ton of screws. I am thinking it may not be worth it. Any suggestions?

Looks to me as though the foam piece (not sure where it came from) has dropped in between the grille and the radiator? Am I seeing this correctly?

I'd first try removing the plastic radiator cover under the hood to see if I could fish it out from above with a long wire or simething simialar. Its difficult to see exactly what's going on, though. Yes, if you have to pull the bumper, it's an involved job (involving the items that you mention and more), but not impossible. I'd suggest viewing You Tube videos for replacing the headlights for guidance if you have to go that route. :)

Yeah, I was in a hurry when I posted this. It actually was barely hanging on when I noticed it as I was walking up to it. I kind of stuck it back in place with a screwdriver. I did remove the top cover above the radiator to check it and there is just enough room if I fold back the rubber to pull it out. I am more worried about restricting airflow the way it was hanging there than trying to fix it. Thanks!

Update
I received the parts to replace the front bumper absorber due to the transporter damaging it when I purchased the vehicle 2yrs ago and my parts guy shipped a different foam pieces than what was installed from the factory you will notice in the top photo. The other side is identical but is not in the photo since it came loose. Does anyone know if Ford revised p/n JR3B63001A04B? The piece they sent is one piece instead of 2 pieces. The only difference the one-piece sits a little higher up on the front bumper absorber lip in the 2nd photo below.. I guess I will see how it fits once I snap it in place on the bumper cover.
