someone managed to scrape the bottom of the splitter when i left the car overnight to get the chirping noise checked out. i could only tell because the edge was scuffed up a little. when i looked underneath it looked like they had decided not to use the brakes when pulling up on the lift. why would you? the splitter will slow the forward progress of the car with enough friction

buy a plastic rivet gun. df-ct888 can be found on Amazon and works really well. Comes with spares and check them every oil change are after a bump into something. It will happen. I've had to replace a few here there over the last three years. Normal riveters just Don't work quite right.

The performance pack splitter for a 2016 GT fits only on a performance pack belly pan. You probably have the non-performance pack belly pan.

If you want the looks of a performance pack splitter...do what I did and buy a 2016 California Special front splitter from Levittown Ford. This is a direct bolt-on for non-performance pack cars.

Talk to Benny online at Levittown. I have enclosed instructions someone else wrote on the forum along with pictures of my 2015 w/splitter and a few other minor mods that I made.
