Either way, you’re not hitting 83.3lb/hr at 7500 at 6-8psi period. You’re over 11psi.

How much spark advance above 7000?
I have no doubt the blower is flowing enough air, but the manifold boost is simply not there. It’s 7-8 psi. I could buy one boost gauge maybe being defective, but two I seriously doubt. I don’t think using air load or maf pound per minute is an extremely accurate way for determining boost. For comparison sake my 19 with a d1x saw an air load of 1.6 but made 14-15 pounds of boost

You could try running positive pressure through it. Just buy some plumbing equipment and only other thing you’ll need is a compressor. Make a custom cap for the blower that seals off where the filter goes and has a fitting to connect to the compressor, then run pressure through it. You’ll find out real fast if you have any leaks

Also like everyone said, you’re making more boost than what you think if you’re maxing out the maf reading.

And I may have missed it, but does the car have a boost gauge?
This is next on my list. I think this test will reveal a lot

Just take off your air filter hook a drill to your supercharger and spin it

I feel like if the car was truly at 13-14 psi like the air load indicates my dw400 wouldn’t be enough to keep my lambda at .790-.800 on e85

you put a allen socket on the drill and use it on this bolt to spin it

Took the air intake off of the blower and saw 10 psi on the gauge, but now I’m definitely out of fuel pump. My aft is .85 lambda at 6400. But the power felt right on for 10 psi. I’m going to put the wastage back on it and just drive it the way it is for now. It’s plenty quick and a blast to drive

Think I may have figured it out. I was looking over some data logs tonight and I just happened to see that my throttle source was torque reduction. I looked at the throttle angle and sure enough 62%. The throttle closing would definitely explain a loss in boost pressure as I think the slight closing of the throttle is just enough to crack the bov open. It will be a couple of days until I can try a revised tune, but I’m hoping that solves my issue

Torque source is torque reduction.
Torque source is the table for actions. Each type of action has a different action #....

had to get out the laptop. So the torque source is trans truncation. What I am looking at is the throttle angle source, but after looking at it further and realizing that I have torque intervention disabled in the tune I don’t think the throttle angle source is affecting my actual throttle at all commanded angle is 82 degrees and actual is 82 degrees. Oh well, so much for that theory
