I currently have a 3.6 pulley and a complete fuel system but want more boost. Looking to see if anyone is running a 3.48 or 3.33 pulley with stock motor with opg/cs. Looking to see any issues and power gains with either pullies.

typically down to a 3.33 you should be ok with no slip on a 6 rib setup.

there is an 8 rib setup available from vortech / paxton, and we are also in development of a 10 rib double bearing idler system for the guys!

Lots of threads out there discussing this. Motor is an issue and it is over spinng blower after 7400 on 3.48
I don't think motor is an issue, well your definitely pushing it and at that power level anything could happen, however i have been running mine for over a year now at 800 and everything is fine, yeah I'm also overspinning the blower and is still fine, like i said just ran 9.6 like a month ago. Op my 6 rib is doing ok with the 3.33 pulley but i also have the ars tensioner to help with belt slippage

850whp here on 3.33 @ 7500 with headers, E85. Probably will move to a billet JT or YSi here soon so I can send it. No belt slip, even with the belt that came in the box.

I drive the car daily as long as there is no winter precip.

My other local Paxton compadre is running the same setup through an auto and he beats on the car like nobody's business and he is doing fine as well. He is having belt slip issues but it's due to belt wear from racing every weekend, lol.

Didn't know you could run the 3.33 on the stock belt! Badass. Everyone I've seen on the 3.48 had to get another belt.

I was on a 101" HD belt on my 3.48 & 3.40... Changing direction now, anything north of about 800HP is too much for this blower to handle.
