1. you don't have a lot of sidewall on those tires
2. its not the diff, torsens are dope
3. sport mode makes the throttle NON LINEAR which means it makes it more touchy
4. your tires aren't hot enough
here's your problem:
lower sidewall than factory and you driving in sport mode means the tire has less ability to absorb shock which directly affects power delivery which is exacerbated by the fact that you have shittier throttle input in sport mode and its cold outside and you probably haven't put enough heat in your tires because they're 315's which really are overkill for your situation so they take longer to heat up because bigger things dissipate heat easier.
stop using sport mode and get some heat in those tires before you do silly things.
