^^^These cars are speed density and therefore don't need to be tuned for an intake to work, whether that's the MAP, JLT, Airaid, etc.
Do this! Pull the negative battery terminal and then get inside the car. Turn the headlight switch on and mash the brake pedal. This should get rid of any residual battery charge in the system. Let the car sit for a little bit, maybe 10-15 minutes, then hook the negative terminal back up.
That'll reset the learned parameters within the ECU. Once you do that, drive the car a couple hundred miles to get everything relearned, then report back to us. I guarantee that it'll be business as usual after an ECU relearn.
It's usually a 'good practice' to reset the ECU learned parameters and KAM after installing any new mods. This is much easier with a tuning device because you have the option to reset those on the device itself and don't have to pull the terminal.

It definitely won't be an issue then because the learned parameters in the ECU is reset (as I just mentioned) when a new tune is flashed. You'll still have to drive the car a couple hundred miles to get everything relearned.I am going to have a tune built for it over the next 24hrs. This will be a non-issue i am hoping.
Perfect, thanks for the help guys. Also, JJ... look out for my DP order in the near future.
