Hi guys
At a crossroads here.
Looking for feedback on a '17 vs. '18 for track duty events like Optima, etc..
I know most of the differences but would like to hear more from the more experienced members here.
The '18 has a much better engine with a higher redline and higher comp. It also has a better MT82 and PP1 comes with real nice brakes better radiator and better electronics/tuning for the ABS and stability control. I don't know if these are backwards compatable or not.
It is also about 7-8k higher.
I have a road race T56 Mag that I would be putting it in which ever car I get. The lower 11:1 SCR also lends itself to boosting better, although, as I mentioned in another thread, I would rather stay NA if at all possible, but would consider making my own kit basically.
Are there any other differences that I'm not aware of?
Any help would be much appreciated.
David
