Looking for a diffuser

A while back I saw a picture of someone's car who had a really awesome diffuser (imo). The winglets stuck further out from under the bumper than most other diffusers I've seen, and I'm just wanting to know what diffuser that is so I can add it to my "going to buy" parts list.

Its still waaaay cheaper than real aero. If you want something that's actually wind tunnel and track tested like the Verus Engineering diffuser, you'll pay between $500-1000
